The requirements to deploy an enterprise or the consumer application has drastically changed in the recent years in terms of processing, storing, or securing the mass of data. The number of people accessing web and mobile apps have changed, and will be changing further, that leads to change in the volume, variety and velocity of data. As a result, management of these data for interactive applications is the call of the day. Consequently, non-relational data bases is escalating these days in the technology sector. This fact does not imply that relational data bases are going to get extinct in near future. The usage of either non-relational data base or the relational data base depends solely on the distinctive types of workloads and one cannot outperform the other.
NoSQL database technology offers the required flexibility, scalability and performance that today's web and mobile app developers demand. The NoSQL database system (that is non-relational data base, especially designed to handle large volume with maximum speed), is an open source, schema-less DB built for developers of 21st century. It does not have standard query language and liberal to use, that is have weak consistency model so as to support efficiency.
